1. PRDXN Web Development Program (2 Years)
During their first three months, Developers will be trained on basic web technologies and guidelines:- HTML5, CSS3, Responsive/Fluid Design (tablet/mobile), jQuery, JavaScript.
- Post which, Developers will then be chosen to work on teams where they will shadow and be trained on one or many of the following skill-sets: Advanced JavaScript, AJAX, PHP/MySQL, WordPress, CodeIgniter/Hero, Magento Community, Prestashop, Drupal Theming.
- Proactively communicate, ask questions, and problem-solve with everyone on your team (Developers, Testers, PMs, and Asset Managers).
- Develop code that causes minimal-to-no: developer guideline related issues; behaviour, functional, or user experience issues; cosmetic or appearance issues (across all devices/browsers specified in the Statement Of Work); and/or speed issues.
- Ensure that you are ALWAYS crystal clear with: what you need to do; and by when you need to do it by (priority and timeline).
2. PRDXN Web Testing Program (2 Years)
During their first three months, Testers will be trained on the web testing practices, processes, and tools used on PRDXN projects. Over time, Testers will become equipped to act as the custodian for ALL user experiences in relation to PRDXN built/edited websites (front-end users, and Admin/CSM users), across all viable platforms and devices (tablet/mobile).PRDXN Tester Goals:
- Proactively communicate, ask questions, and problem-solve with everyone on your team (Developers, Testers, PMs, and Asset Managers). CLEARLY communicate all issues, leaving no room for misinterpretation or confusion.
- Proactively find and log issues related to: developer guideline related issues; behaviour, functional, or user experience issues; cosmetic or appearance issues (across all devices/browsers specified in the Statement Of Work); and/or speed issues.
- Ensure that you are ALWAYS crystal clear with: what you need to do; and by when you need to do it by (priority and timeline).
3. PRDXN Web Project Management/Technical Analyst Program (2 Years)
During their first three months, Project Managers will be exposed to a mixture of theoretical and practical training, and will be assigned to shadow Senior Project Managers, Developers and Testers, to ensure they become familiar with ALL aspects of what it takes to successfully execute a web project.PRDXN Project Manager Goals:
- Help the Client feel as though they are sitting with the PRDXN team. Achieve this through frequent (at least daily) communication with the Client, regarding when the Client can expect to see what (at what level of completion/testing).
- Ensure that each member of your team is ALWAYS crystal clear with: what they need to do (and what the to-do dependencies are, if any); and by when they need to do it by (priority and timeline).
- Genuinely, and frequently, encourage and listen to the feedback, questions, and suggestions, regarding the project’s requirements, priorities, timeline, issues, and to-do’s, from your entire team (Developers, Testers, PMs, and Asset Managers).
Candidate Description:
- A FRESHER Engineering graduate from Electronics/Electronics & Tel./Mechanical/Computer Science/IT stream/MCA preferred (0 - 6mth experience) with SSC, HSC 60%, Agg. 50% & PCM 50%.
- Candidate should have Strong Maths and Analytic Abilities, Logic Skills, Communication Skills & Client Interfacing Skills.
- Candidate should have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, as that is the job profile. But, candidate having good knowledge of coding in .Net or Java or C/C++ or any other programming language can also apply (we will give you the necessary training in HTML/CSS).
- Candidates with the past experience of coding in any technology can also apply. We are okay with work gaps.
- Should be able to speak good English & Hindi / Marathi.
- Should be a quick learner and interested in learning new technologies.
- Honest, modest, friendly, patient & above all TEAM PLAYER.
- Eager, eager, EAGER to always learn and better your skills and yourself.
